Several key members of the DETER Project team – myself (Terry Benzel), Steve Schwab, and Ted Faber – traveled to Israel to work with the Israeli National Cyber Bureau (INCB) under a bi-lateral agreement between the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the INCB. At the same time that I'm keynoting at the Annual Computer Security Applications Conference (ACSAC), the DETER team is launching a new Web site. The keynote address, the accompanying paper, and the web site are all part of a new level of information about the DETER project.
